Just watched "Sleepless in Seattle". Even for a romantic comedy, it was really dumb. Now don't say I'm just being unromantic, because I happen to be a very romantic person. I find a nice, healthy relationship with two people who are there for each other romantic. I also find it romantic when people who have been married for 25 years are still kissing and holding hands. But chasing someone you've heard in a radio show, and is basically just a celebrity crush, around the country is not romantic, just plain stupid. But the dumbest part of the movie was when Meg Ryan broke up with her fiancé, and he was all: "I love you, but, well, okay." Whoever wrote that script needs to spend a few days in reality. If I had a boyfriend, and he'd dump me for someone he doesn't even know, I would not find it okay; I'd be tempted to jump off a bridge - after I'd hit him on the head with a shovel, of course.
I really like my new trousers. I keep discovering more pockets on them.
