Stupid me, stupid me, stupid me...
Hello!!!
Today has been a good day. María's birthday present annoyed me all through yesterday. Seriously, the only thing the computer and the printer didn't do to annoy me was to crash.
The present was a burned CD with lots of songs by George Harrison. The hardest part was putting the lyrics into a little booklet. In the end the booklet didn't even fit into the CD box. Whatever. I called the CD Georgie-Porgy. María was really happy when she opened it and she said that this was the most awesome birthday present she'd ever recieved. It was even better than I had expected.
After this I was happy for most of the day. That is, until I broke Lísa's CD-player. I feel really bad about it. If she can't get it fixed, I'll have to pay her 7000 kroner and my parents will be furious if I ask them for that money and I'll probably have to pay them back with the first money I get from my summer job.
Sometimes I wonder if I'm the only person who is capable of doing as stupid things as breaking their best friend's brand new CD-player. I probably deserve to be hit on the head or something. Stupid me, stupid me, stupid me...
Halla went to London during the Easter break. She brought everyone presents and lots of candy. I got a huge, red lollypop with a picture of a bus on it. I can't wait to eat it... lick it... whatever it is you do with lollypops.
