(no subject)
A conversation between me and my 9-year-old cousin Elín:
Elín: Where's Mika?
Me: In Finland.
Elín: Oh. Do you want to marry him?
Me: Yes.
Elín: Does he want to marry you?
Me: Hopefully.
Elín: Wow. (ponders for a moment, then looks at Jared) You need to get yourself a girlfriend, because Miriam's already got a boyfriend!
Jared looks depressed.
Aren't kids adorable?
I had a bunch of nervous dreams tonight. Most of them revolved around my larp; about me not finishing the character sheets on time, so half the participants had no idea what they were doing, or suddenly remembering that I needed more characters than I had actors, being suddenly back in England and realising that I couldn't hold a larp while I was there.
Some of the dreams were also about being back in England; about losing my timetable, forgetting to apply for a room for the next year, so I didn't have anywhere to stay and stuff.
I better finish the character sheets quickly now, so I can sleep well tonight. I also should apply for accomodation soon.
