I sent a cousin of mine a couple of pictures I took of a park in Aube (I don’t remember exactly how long I took them) and just received an e-mail back. She said that my skills are improving - that’s great! I remember something: when I was a kid, I’d play around with cameras a lot and end up taking photos of my toes. How embarrassing!
Anyway, back to the subject - my cousin recommended that I go to the beach. ‘For relaxation’ was what she told me; besides, it’s safe now. Of course it isn’t as safe as it used to be, but it’ll do. I’m not sure if I want to relax now, though... I mean, I haven’t exactly been running around in cargo pants and doing jobs from nine to five.
Or have I?
I suppose downing pina coladas and whatever those other things are called would be a good idea. If photography turns out to become my job, well, I might as well get inspired first. I mean, the sea is still beautiful, and if you take a look at it from the right angle you won’t notice the cans floating in the water.
Of course I can fend for myself. It’s not like I’m going to be scavenging for food anyway. But the beach may be boring without anyone, I suppose... Hmm.
