Y: Himitsu no Arashi-chan is really interesting.
S: Thank you very much. We have various segments, and this one is called VIP room. It is a segment where we talk with a female guest who comes to the show.
S: And this one is a new corner, with discussion as its theme. (*the new corner - 'Best answer')
Y: But, the Arashi members are really close, aren't they?
S: We are often told that. We welcomed our 10th year anniversary last year, November 3. We received congratulations from many people. November 3 is our CD debut anniversary, so after work, the five of us invited ourselves to a meal. For us, November 3 is somehow our birthday. And since it's our birthday, I'm glad we had a toast as a congratulation for our 10th year.
Y: While drinking alcohol, noisily.
S: Yes, noisily.

Y: Somehow, Sho-kun feels like the Leader, right?
S: No, no, that's not true!
Y: Ohno-kun is the leader, but somehow, he's a leader that is supported by everyone.
S: That face again! That was a really great face.
S: But, that's right, Ohno-kun is the leader.
Y: Really, everyone has different personalities.
S: Actually, we do meet at least once a week for our regular programs.But, as expected, if we do not meet even for one week, we kinda report what we did, or what happened to us. It is really fun.
Y: Isn't it unusual for a group to stand for 10 years and supply those kinds of information?
S: Well, we are a group whose age gap is close to each other. The oldest one Ohno is 29 years old, and the youngest, Ninomiya and Matsumoto are 26, so our age gaps are close to each other. And also, we'd known each other since we were 12, 13 or 14, around when we were in junior high, so there's also that aspect of being childhood friends, isn't it?

Y: Well, everyone is really close, and whenever one goes abroad for work, he buys presents for the rest.
S: That's right, somehow, that was how it became since then. Whether in private or for work, it became a custom for us to buy presents.
S: A few days ago, Matsumoto went abroad, and he returned with T-shirts as presents for the four of us. And it was a right time when we were doing a choreography for our new song, and we ended up wearing those shirts for our rehearsal. We danced while wearing those shirts.
Ladies: You guys are really close!
Y: Sho-kun never bought presents for them?
S: Uhm, when I went to India, I bought incense.And that...as expected when everyone buys, they wear it as it is, or eat as it is, and use it as it is. Since I had the trouble of buying it, they went 'Lit it! Lit it!' and did so at the green room, they told me 'It stinks!'
S: The mug that I bought in New york, was well, safe.

The Arashi from here on: "Deeper, closer"
S: 'Deep and close', this applies for the five of us, but...our tenth year last year 2010 made us deeper and closer as a group. Somehow, it's the first time for us to suddenly feel that way, like the air among the five of us is great. And so, from here on, as the five of us are deep and close with one another, I thought that I wanted us to be closer and deeper as well with the people who support us.
Y: From here on as well, we'll be supporting Arashi.
