Book Wanted

I am in search of a children's book titled The Pink Maple House by Christine Noble Govan published in 1950. It was my mother's favorite book, and I have been searching for years now for it in order to gift it to her.

If anyone has a copy and would be willing to part with it even for a brief amount of time, I would be willing to pay.
