Wow!
It was so hard to go without technology! I wanted to call so many people. I had an interesting day.
I haven't been getting much sleep due to Rocky, but I love the show, so that's ok. I'll sleep later.
In theatre we had the head of the BFA acting program come talk to us. She was really good. Some of the students came to talk to us too. They were talking about emotional memory, and using that in acting, and the one guy said, "It's hard, b/c I've never been raped, I've never lost a loved one...the closest thing I've come to grief is my cat being hit by a car and my dad scooping it up with a hoe." and the professor said, "Don't underestimate the loss of a pet." and he said, "Yeah, it was just a cat. We didn't love it that much." and everyone laughed.
At the end of class our professor said, "On friday we will talk about how you will be safe this weekend or I will fucking kill you!"
Please keep my grandparents in your thoughts. My grandpa just got out of the hospital with pneumonia and my grandma is getting a pace maker put in.
