This Weekend:
+Built a dresser all by myself!
-There is another dresser and a bedframe still to be built.
-Spent most of the day Sunday moving.
+Had Matt and Brenda and zahdi helping!
+Watched Flight of the Conchords.
+Had ice cream from Maggie Moo's!
+Had my very first (but CERTAINLY not last) experience of the Malcolm X Park Drum Circle. It was FAB. I want a show I can use drumming in so I sit around and record it and then PUT IT IN A SHOW. That is what I want. We live across the street from it! Everybody should come visit us on Sundays for picnics and drumming in the park. Also: the most multi-ethnic thing I think I have ever seen in this city.
++Watched new Doctor Who ep. Sorry, copperbadge, Steve and I loved it. I twitched a whole lot.
+(?)Got gym memberships. Weight loss and fitness, ahoy!
--Steve's back is still hurting a lot.
-Our flat has roaches. I kind of prefer them to the ants and mice of our old place? Steve does not, and his childhood allergy test showed him having cockroach allergies, so he's a little worried. Any getting-rid-of-roaches tips, oh flist?
+Just had lunch with an old friend and her daughter. Not this weekend, I guess, but plus nonetheless.
So, uh, overall win?
