First Post for the Year 2009
I will be coming back to the Philippines tomorrow moring/afternoon. XD
Short summary of my Christmas break 2008:
Arrived in Narita on 7pm of 23rd. A Japanese airport personnel knows how to speak Tagalog. Amazing. XD
Spent the Christmas in Hokkaido. YAY snow!
A real White Christmas. (Eeeww KATTUN. D:)
Went back to Chiba on the same day.
Snow is rare in Tokyo, but seriously, it's freezing cold here. When I was here last May, the cold was tolerable.. but now that it's winter, freezing cold is freezing. >_<;;
Spent most of the days eating, watching TV/movies, surfing the net, DS-ing, going out, shopping, etc.
And with the absence of excercise, walk (yeah, we didn't use walking as mode of transportation this time unlike last time. My cousin bought a van, so.. ) and proper diet, I gained weight. >_<;;
And.. wth, allergic reactions. DDD:
New Year in Japan is so much peaceful than the New Year celebration in the Philippines.
No fireworks, no accidents involving fireworks. People here celebrate the New Year by offering prayers in temples and having countdown concerts (in TV stations or in domes).
zomg, amazing JE countdown con! Arashi is the best! *O*
Also, I ate in a Chinese restaurant a while ago with my family to celebrate January 1st.
