Oh, yes. Possibly the most empowering and emotionally uplifting fictional moment that I can think of, period. Just thinking about that moment, right now, made shivers go down my spine.
Yes! It always gives me chills and a bit of a thrill. I love this moment, when she is stripped of everything she thinks makes her strong and she still has this inner core of awesomeness. The whole two-parter is one of my favorites, but this scene always stands out to me.
