Okay, so the other night I went to the mall with some friends of mine. As we walked past the Easter Bunny's lair, though, I could feel the darkness stir in me.
As you can see, the Easter Bunny is in the distance, opening his arms, reaching for me. I reach back, longingly opening my own arms in greeting.
I'm coming, Easter Bunny! Because of the youthful pigtails and kitty-head backpack, I think this picture has a sense of child-like innocence and naivete to it, like a little kid off on a big adventure!
I give the Easter Bunny a BIG hug!
Yes, that is a 23 year old college student sitting on the Easter Bunny's lap.
What you can't see here is that I tried to look at the Easter Bunny's face, but he wrote on my notepad the words "No peeky."
For the rest of the night, everytime we walked past the Easter Bunny, he blew me lots of kisses. Oddly enough, last Spring the Easter Bunny at Learning Star Preschool, where I worked, also hit on me quite a bit. Guess Bunnies have a thing for me.
Happy Easter!
