Cinema!
Ohayo goziamasu, minnasan! I hope everyone out there in Cyberland is doing well! It's almost 6 a.m. my time this morning. Which means I slept in, 'cuz usually I have to get up by 4 a.m. to go to work. But fortunately, I have one of my more rare later shifts (11 a.m. starting) today, so I decided to stay in bed a bit longer.
Mum and Pop decided we should go to dinner and the cinema last night. It was alot of fun even if my 12 year old cousin had to tag along while waiting for my uncle. (She's a real chatterbox and is currently going through her "pre-goth" stage as I dubbed it.)
Anyhoo, we ended up going and seeing "Wall-E" because I've been dying to see that film. I was NOT disappointed! It was a wonderful piece of cinema with such an underlying strong message. It said a lot about where we as humans are going with not only our planet but the state of ourselves. Plus, Wall-E was so kawaii, I about jumped out of my seat! I just wanted to put him in my pocket and take him home! =^^= It's amazing how they made that character say so much and he hardly said anything at all.
I proudly and happily give "Wall-E" the coveted "Sam Raimi's 'Army of Darkness' Good" seal of approval!
Tomorrow I must start sewing on "Meg" before I head to work. I have one of my very rare 2 p.m. shifts, and all I'll be doing there is standing next to the kid at the checkstand and just answering questions when he needs help. (Today is officially his last real day of training.)
