Upon Seeing Bunraku this Evening...
I LOVED it.
It was a gorgeous film. Cinematography and CG effects were amazing, the plot was simple but intruiging and the cast of characters were as colorful and sometimes bizarre as they get.
And Gackt speaking ever so cute English and managing to pronounce his "L's" was one of the highlights of the film.
And Gackt and Josh together?
Oh yiss, I think I've just found my favorite new Younger!Seme/Older!Uke pairing. XD (Which is pretty rare for me as I'm the lover of Mucho Older!Seme/Younger!Uke.)
Overall, I proudly stamp this film with the coveted "Sam Raimi "Army of Darkness" Good" Label. You all need to check it out! Available now on DVD for $15.00 at your local video store or retail chain!
