28 ~ Carnival
The carnival was so much fun! So many rides and treats... it was almost too much. When I wrote to my parents about it, mom was really jealous. The last time we went to a carnival as a family was a couple of years ago. I'm sure she missed all the excitement. Dad, on the other hand, simply worried about me eating too much junk food. Which... I sort of did, but hey, I'm allowed to give into temptation every once in a while, right? Parents will be parents, I suppose.
But the best part of the carnival was making a new friend! Her name is Ashley and she is new to the school. You all better be nice to her! She's a real sweetheart. Hey Ashley, maybe we should do something together sometime! I'd be more than happy to introduce you to some of my friends. And if you have any questions or concerns about the school, I'd be more than happy to lend a helping hand.
