You forgot Tone-Loc! I can't believe that no-name actors like Robin Williams and Christian Slater make your cast list, but you left out Tone! He's the main event, the superstar! We're talking about the guy that wrote "Funky Cold Medina"! Elton John? Who the hell is that guy? All he did was sing a song on the soundtrack - Tone sang like the hitmaker he is, AND he still managed to grace the screen with some phenomenal vocal acting. Where's your line in the script Elton? Oh yeah, forgot, you don't fuckin' have one!

This is the man that gave us "Wild Thing" and "Cheeba Cheeba". This is the man that made Jim Carrey's career! If Tone hadn't allowed Carrey to co-star in Ace Ventura, Pet Detective, we'd be seein' ol' Jimbo sweeping the floor at the 7/11, wishing the Wayans brothers wanted to put In Living Color back on the air. It's all because of Tone.

When I saw your list, it took me a minute to figure out which movie you were referencing. Probably would have gotten it right away if Tone was on the list. I love Fern Gully. Just thinking of it made me long for younger, simpler times. I must admit, however, that the fond memories that surfaced about the film when I realized you meant Fern Gully were completely sullied by my outrage over Tone-Loc's conspicuous absence in the list of performers. I love Fern Gully, but you know what? I love it because of Tone. Without Tone the memory of this great film, my entire childhood even, becomes a meaningless shell, empty. Without Tone there is no joy, no pleasure, no light - only darkness, cold and absolute. Without Tone...

All is lost. :-(
