SLIGHTLY HAPPIER YAY
After last night's admittedly whiney/emo writing, I thought I'd post some nice things! You know, so you won't get sick of me and all my problems.
#1: I cut the fingertips off my gloves and it was the best decision ever! They make me feel so cool/bohemian whenever I wear them while making art. It doesn't matter if it's lame "cut and paste squares" I still feel cool. I'm probably pretty lame to think this way, but I feel way cool.
#2: I love the park! There are two that I go to, and I go almost everyday. It is great fun to ride to them, especially the far-away one, on my bike and listen to my mixtape (yeah, a tape!) from Anna and enjoy colder and colder days. ( <-- Run-on sentence up in here, but whatever.)
#3: I am mere hours away from hearing David Sedaris speak! I'm breaking out the pantyhose for this one. I can't wait till he looks out through the crowd and sees me there in, like, the 70th row and totally forgets about his homosexuality and long-term relationship and we MAKE OUT, yeah! And even if we don't, I'm sure it'll be a great show...I guess.
I can't wait till next year when I can actually take comic art classes instead of make dumb face CHAIRS. I have so many good ideas for making comics but I don't have time, due to all the dumb face CHAIR-MAKING. But, I mean, I'm doing okay.
