my theory.
they are all in a psychiatric hospital. it makes sense. well, more sense than some theories i've read. :) big clue was Libby being there when Hurley was. [did they ever say why he was in one anyway?]
they've all got problems. and the ones that die are the ones that get released. The Others are the doctors and therapists. and it makes sense that all the children have been taken, kids aren't allowed to stay there with parents. okay, the flaw there is Aaron, Claire's baby.
and the 108 minutes to push the button? two therapy sessions? one long group therapy session? and therapy could certainly push one's buttons.
some of them had kind of lame reasons for being in Australia too. and why Australia? This is an American show and Australia is certainly a far off place. Except, of course, for you twin and the other aussies on my friends list. :)
