Wallowing in rainwater, work and happiness
Weekly review aka Swimming is not a sport; swimming is a way to keep from drowning!
Rain, I love you. I really do. But just go away already, please! This is too much; even for me! It was raining heavily practically non-stop the whole week. It's cold and we're over ankle-deep in rainwater and mud. No kidding! That's one thing I got home soaking wet from work on thursday evening, but there were so much rainwater on the sidewalk, that I needed to take off my shoes and roll up my pants, because I had to wader in dirty rainwater. The cherry on top, that almost every car and bus splashed a huge amount of water on me in Bridget Jones style. Trust me I was a comic sight walking home soaking wet, barefoot in rolled up pants with my red silettos in hand.
Yeah, I would laughed at myself too, if my kidneys haven't started to hurt by friday. I looked like crap and actually felt that way too! Of course I had to work a double on friday, because of a stupid meeting with even more stupid people. Duh! Fortunately it wasn't a long one and the two syndicate found the 'solution'.
Too bad! Guess who's going to have even more work to do with this? Any tip? No?! I give you a clue. The girl has a pair almost ruined red stiletto...
The one and only good news was that Lie to me has been renewed for a THIRD season! I was and am so excited about this! Mainly after the threatening news earlier that maybe the channel will cancel it. But that doesn't matter anymore! So, YEAH! It totally deserved a new season and I'm sure the whole cast and crew will prove this!
And YAY for my new friends on twitter with whom I have the chance of squeeing about this fantastic show! You guys are (#ltmteam)awesome! :D
