I need an icon....

So does anyone out there make icons? I need one with a pic of a puddle with eyes in it (with possibly a manga book next to the puddle) and a person (stick figure is fine) standing over it saying "Epic manga chapter huh?" or some similar wording. Can someone make this for me? Pretty please???
