This survey makes me look like a fat lard who drives less than two miles to work due to the fat and lard, rather than the awful, frigid climate that makes you die if you have to walk more than ten feet (in regular office clothes, anyway; you can stand it longer if snowpants are involved).
Although, this is a nice place to walk to work in the summer.
Also I did not factor in all three jobs, which probably makes the "under two miles" part inaccurate, since it's probably 10-12 total in the round trips.
you didn't. it's very unscientific. i am just looking at how different modal choice affects what people think a transportation improvement is. too bad that even my drivingfriends are not typical drivers who just say "more lanes."
