Elle & Lui - Lotti, Come Home!

I don't really understand, why people have to do this in a neighbourhood where basically everyone has a pet - I was drinking my herb tea peacefully, as I wanted to fall asleep easily today, when I heard this noise, similar to the one of rockets. Someone in the next street was celebrating a birthday with throwing a huge party, which isn't complete without the fireworks of course. Too bad, that they ordered a professional show with huge pyrotechnical equipment.
My father and me ran to the balcony to see what's going on, a minute later my mom joined as well, saying "there must be a birthday party there, you know this can be ordered so easily" to which i replied "i'll have my birthday next week, but won't order such a thing, since so many kittens and dogs can be scared to death and made run away" - as I remembered the kitten that appeared here on New Years Eve out of the blue.
When it was finished over there, I asked my father to take a look at the dogs, as I feared that they could have been quite afraid of the noise. Maxi was there, barking and jumping around, but Lotti was nowhere to be found. My father looked at many places in the totally dark garden with a torch, while my mom looked on the other side of the fence. Lotti had just disappeared. Fortunately, the fence was widened 2 weeks ago, as she was able to crawl on the other side, getting into the workshop...so there's little possibility she ran away - leaving the block on the other side is rather difficult, the surrounding houses are enclosed with concrete walls.

LOL, I can hear her voice from the neighbouring garden [where the Welsh pony maniac girl lives] - but the neighbours are on a trip somewhere. Goodness.

rant, personal
