This question comes to you thanks to a student in my advisory class this afternoon. I would normally lecture him about the question's appropriateness for school, but it was so thoughtful that I laughed and proceeded to write it down. Here it is:

If you have sex with a prostitute against their will and don't pay, is it shoplifting or rape?

It was easily the highlight of my day.
