Ack
School is killing me. I'm too used to being able to hold off on working until the deadline nears and being able to do it easily. I can't do that anymore, especially now that I have seven classes. The only one I have that doesn't give me work is Tech Theatre, for obvious reasons. So, I've been kind of avoiding my personal LJ because it'd be another thing for me to use to procrastinate with. It's bad enough my new hamster (named him Jayne, he's frickin' adorable, I might post pictures if I get time), the RP, and The Sims 2 have been trying to take my attention away.
At the very least I need to read some of my AP history textbook, write some questions for my AP English class, and print out about six essays to read and answer questions for. I think I had some assignment for biology too, but I forgot it. >_>;;
So yeah, I've been really busy adjusting to my new school. Which feels like a prison because they have bars everywhere. We can't go anywhere during lunch, not even to the library, so I can't do any work during lunch after I eat. At least I was able to make some friends so I'm not sitting all by myself at lunch.
I miss California a lot. They actually had nice computer classes you could take, kids didn't run around yelling "FAGGOT!" every five seconds, there were no bars, there were a lot of people I was proud to be graduating with, and there were awesome teachers.
In other news, this article is love.
Now it's time to go back into obscruity and work on my homework because I've got a lot of it and haven't really started any of it. XD;;
EDIT: I can't stop laughing. I stepped on a fork while I was walking up the stairs to put something away. Funny thing is, it isn't our fork. Meaning it must've snuck in to my bags somehow and fell out. XD
