So in regards to my last post, I'm very upset and on the verge of walking out one day punching everyone in the fucking face I don't like.
Why?
I am not the warehouse manager as I found out earlier this week, I am the "Warehouse manager".
What does this mean?
It means Toyota has fucked me over once again. Apparently my supervisor (Read: Something worse than what I can put into words without taking up a whole page.) is NOT full time salesman yet he's training.
BULLSHIT
He doesn't do anything in the back of the warehouse, I've taken over all his responsibilities, and everyone comes to me for what they used to go to him for. Also, he's recieving commision already (And making more than some salesmen...)
So when will he be moved to full time?
After inventory. Which is first Sunday in Decemeber. So I won't be recieving a raise til Decemeber, even though he's a salesman. So I got pissed off enough to go talk to the owners son about this yesterday. I know he'll side with me because I'm 90% sure once they open up the Headquarter Honda up in Orlando I'm going to be in charge of the parts warehouse, maybe even the only person working there too... At least I'll know everything will be done right.
I told him what was going on, and the example I gave him was as follows.
Imagine the General Manager here moved to Orlando to the Honda and you had to take over his responsibilities. But because he still has like a clip board here in Miami he's not over there FULL TIME just training, or in the process of the switch. So you have to deal with all his shit for the next 3 months with no increased pay. How would you like that?
He goes to me "Huh... I'm gonna look into this shit bro because this is fucked up for you. I know you work harder than everyone else here because your always the only one that is always sweating and has your clothes dirty, get back to you on Friday and let you know whats up. Also gonna set up a meeting with everyone here in the warehouse and let them know that your in charge back here, not Yoel anymore and if they have a problem with it, they can come to me and they can look for another job."
Me> Kay! (In my mind thinking: lol, these guys are in for some shit.)
Now I know what a few of you may be thinking. I'm stepping out of my boundaries, I should have gone up the chain of command. Manager -> Director of Services -> General Manager -> Owner's son. I've tried this over and over and to no avail has anything happened.
So we'll see what happens tomorrow.
