(no subject)
So I had a dream last night. It was B/N. It's been a while since they've shown up in dreamland. Anyways, as it is with me and my dreams, I know that it was pretty vivid but I can only recall a scene. But I do recall the feelings and the over-all sense or vibe I was getting from it.
It's an AU actually and the short story behind it is a chance encounter between B/N. Instant attraction but they don't act on it maybe coZ they're not out or shy or just hesitant. They do become friends evntually. Then a bit more. None of B's friends (the rest of Bravo 2) knows about it. In fact I get the sense that they don't really like N. Or that maybe N is an outsider or something. And that's what really stuck to me actually, that sense that N is unwelcomed by the guys. So, the scene I remembered when I woke up is there was some sort of graduation for B (I felt they were young-ish) or a recognition ceremony. The guys were there to cheer for B. I saw Ray, Poke, Rudy, Walt, Eric. Then there's audience and a crowd. Then when B stepped of the stage to go to his friends I saw N peering out of the crowd like he doesn't wanna be seen but he wants to see B better and there's this huge smile on N's face like he's so proud of B and he hasn't stopped clapping yet. Then it gets vague for me. I can't recall how the dream ended. I thought maybe B saw N and was surprised. Or if he was scanning the crowd hoping to see that N made it there. It's frustrating.
So my question is: has this been ficced already? I seem to vaguely recall a HS prep AU but not sure if the story is the same. Or maybe you guys can rec something similar?
