Dear collegues,
unfortunately the weather is currently not very good and the visibility
towards the horizon is always limited in the Heidelberg area due to
the large opacity of the surrounding hills. Nevertheless, it is worthwile
to use every opportunity to look towards the dawn at Sunset or Sunrise in
order to catch the bright comet MacNaught. It should be visible with the
naked eye. The comet has the chance to get so bright that it could
be visible during daytime.
