i was listening to NPR, and they had a special on ramen noodles in japan, and apparently, its hardcore there. they have entire restaurants that serve nothing but ramen noodles. but not like the pansy ramen noodles we have here, their ramen noodles are made with lots of grease and come in huge portions. its a gigantic cultural thing. and a status thing, the more ramen you can eat, the cooler you are. Its insane
