Count Down to ... Something
I missed the Rhuddglynn event, which makes me totally sad. But I couldn't afford to go down alone and Tristan is still avoiding facing his family. So I had to bail *sad face* On the bright side I did get lots done around the house that weekend. Totally finished Fenric's tunics. I also took some of the Thank You Charters for Thuk & Wilma home from Calgary and have finished those. I think my charter painting is getting a lot better! Maybe one day I will actually be competent enough to do an original scroll... or even hand in a principality or kingdom charter ;)
I did pick up my necessary supplies for my letter of intent. The plan is to start working on that this weekend. I have some ideas but I need to do some searching online for details and proper layout. My wording is all done! YAAA. Must practice my calligraphy more.
Work has been interesting. I am essentially doing 2 complete jobs... reception and dispatch. I suspect that within 6 months we will need to hire a 2nd person to take over the reception portion of the job. I am pretty much running at full capacity now and any growth is going to be a struggle to keep up with. But I have all intentions to make this business grow.
And starting to look at houses in the Alberta Avenue. Something central, cheaper then we pay now. It takes me 20 minutes to get to the Yellowhead in the morning and another 20 to get the rest of the way to work. Our lease is up in April and although I HATE moving.... I think its going to happen agian *la sigh*
