I think it's more of a thing that Taemin isn't used to. He's so used to having his senses dull that it's weird for him to be able to see everything so clearly. If that makes any sense. D:
Yes~ You don't understand why yet, but they're very close now. He completely destroyed any hesitation he felt about Taemin through the test he tried (yes, it was a test keke), so now he doesn't have to worry about it and knows that Taemin is someone he can trust with his life.
