Two nature-taking-its-course revenge methods:

1) Poster the neighborhood with flyers:
"Do you love getting spam? If so, thank the spammer who lives at XXX!"

2) Forge harassing letters from the spammer's address to the ex's ex.

I'm not sure how illegal these might be, though.
