The mod on merlinxarthur is very strict about tags. If you miss something, she'll let you know. But it is a huge comm, so I guess it's understandable. merlintv is much more relaxed. You have to email the newsletter.

Otherwise, you join the comm and then post, yes. I don't think it's considered barging in:D
