Wait, I should start from the beginning, or the comment would get messy.

When I read the first paragraphs, I was shocked, because I think that there's a fic somewhere out there which starts very similarly and, honestly, at first I was like - but wait, I know this, I've already read this. I was going to ask you about it, but then I just kept going. And it turned out completely different, of course. Just the beginning is very similar to another fic, which I can't remember.

Anyway, Taemin leaving home and hitting the road without much plans, wearing a pair of sunglasses, listening to some music sounds like the definition of a teenage dream to me. I love driving around with my friends on summers. And that made me miss it. Bad. ;___;
Key just suddenly being there - OF COURSE HE WOULD BURST INTO TAEMIN'S LIFE UNEXPECTEDLY, IN THE MOST DRAMATIC WAY POSSIBLE.
I love him as the wittle flamboyant (YES, YES, YOU ARE) gay sassy bitch he is. I love it how he's all confident and easy-going, but worries about owing Taemin enough to give him a blowjob for buying a meal.
And then they got to the hotel with Key still pretending that it's okay for him to sleep in the car WHEN IT'S NOT. I feel sorry for the receptionist.
NOW COMES THE PART FOR WHICH I WOULD KISS YOU IF I COULD (virtual kisses are no fun)
I approve of Taemin topping Key like this. I approve so hard. I had to take breaks while reading it, because qurl. QURL. Turning Hazy's mind into putty, you did it right.
And I loved the way Key told him of his past, how Taemin tried to be compassionate but accidentally got horny instead. And I ADORED Tae randomly pulling over for some backseat action. I didn't mind Key bottoming then. Because. I just couldn't, after that mind-blowing intercourse they had earlier.
And the way they split in Daegu... How Taemin sulked and wanted to take Key with him... How Key wanted to go... I do understand Key, though, and the fact that he didn't go with Taemin made this baby (the fic) a lot more realistic.
Same with Taemin moving on. Made me pouty, but fit nicely.

Ah, and about the overall style, etc, may I just tell you that I will never, ever, think of myself as a fanfiction writer again, because WOMAN. This is brilliant. It flows really well, nothing bothers me about it, there wasn't anything awkward. The characters were amazing, the moods well described... It's hard to pull away once you start reading, you know. Your use of language is stunning... I just. Look at me praising you. I'm not that nice usually.
I can't even criticize you. ;____;
