It didn't occur to me to share this with anyone until one of my friends recommended that I do so...
If you aren't familiar with IconBuffet, it's a website that has a lot of web icons. Most of their icons require to you to pay; however, they have this really neat program called "Free Delivery". Some of you might already be members of the site, and hopefully you will agree with my opinion.
With Free Deliveries, you can trade and collect over 100 free icon sets. Some of them really aren't bad at all, and you could use them for some icons that you might require when designing LJ layouts.
SO, to conclude, if you want cute, free icon sets, join IconBuffet's free delivery program! :)
