you make simple really pretty; i actually love that because i don't love busy layouts but simple layouts are usually boring. but yours are very lovely. (my fav is the one in your first preview)

I really like the fact that you experiment with darker and lighter colors. It's so nice to see contrast on layouts!

I agree with anon(s); beautiful, simple (though, lol, the code certainly isn't) and functional--which is what I look for most, because I can usually change colors and graphics to suit my fancy...I'm guilty of heavy altering in that department, actually.

I used 'une' there for a friend's community. For a personal journal, I'd prefer the second one though - because I need mah sidebar.

i love the first one; it happens to be the layout i'm currently using. i can't say enough how much i like it! it's neat and clean, but that opacity changing top bar makes it neat, clean, and fun(!) without too much fuss. something a little bit different :o)

in general, i like that your layouts are simple and pristine, but there is still room for customization. plus, it's very easy to use all of them, even for the computer dumb like me. that's so kind of you to do, because really, it's nice to be able to have a great layout even if you aren't a genius with this sort of stuff.

I'm very fond of your layouts, and you're one of only two designers whose layouts I consistently like using. I love that the layouts are simple and clean but not boring. Sometimes I just get tired of very busy layouts, and yours are always so nicely done. :) Plus, I find this kind of weird, because I don't really need the instructions, but I find that the way you and thefulcrum lay out the instructions makes me more eager to change my layout, haha. :P

I simply adore your layouts. They're simple and uncomplicated. I love the fun touches you add to some of them, like the coffee cup icons in the Cerulean layout. I also get a kick out of the matching userpics in the previews.

I'm currently using your layouts for my personal journal, as well as three of my communities. I love, love, love them.

Yours are my favorite, and I was excited that you had a new one up today (which is beautiful, btw). My favorite is the second, which I am currently using right now. I love that you colored italicized text as well as bold.

i love your layouts for their simplicity and are easy to use and look pretty. i can't remember whether it was you or not, but not having customized comment pages were annoying sometimes. i apologize if i got you mixed up with another designer.

I use the second layout for a comm and love it.

I adore the third and if I hadn't just changed then I'd probably be using it now.

My only complaint is that you're not prolific enough! lol
