Aw, it's sooo cute- one of my roommate's cats is ~6 months old and she's going into her first heat! All day she's meowlring around, sitting weird and never satisfied. In fact, I do feel sorry for her, and she's really reminding me of S right now.
Now that I've actually gone in for advising with Willet, things are grim. Unless everything falls nearly perfectly into place (i.e. class schedules between the two departments) and I take 19 credits each semester + summer classes, I won't be able to graduate on time with both degrees and keep my scholarship. For music, I need four semesters each of aural training and theory, and also four music history classes. To keep the scholarship, I need to take 2-credit lessons and be in two ensembles. All of that adds up to 10-11 hours per semester. Add to that 3 classes (9 credits) each semester in geography mostly, and humanities (since Mizzou apparently doesn't like my previous classes, thank you very much), with a splash of French thrown in. Although if I have to be here longer, the French minor wouldn't hurt.
I did get the highest grades in the class on my first two French quizzes- both 100s. Courtney laughed because I put them on the fridge. I need to grab some gold star stickers. =)
