roller coaster ride
Today was a crazy day. Tournament in san jose finally! we got first!!!!!!!!!! everyone! hear that???!! 100 points! score!!! and you don't even know half of it...we beat Jason's team!!! tampon man! boo ya!!! and we beat summit who beat eclipse black 16s!!! and we ended at 3:20 !! record!!! and there was a jazz festival at san jose state with good music, food, shopping, and sun.
halfway through the tournament, we rushed to the YMCA so i could take pictures with my team...cute. but i had to miss a double header.
got back took a shower and watched selena. soooo sad. soo good. lotsa good symbolizm and recurring themes. but sorry cristina, bad education will be next for spanish movie list, i promise.
dinner with grandparents, heard something really sad...good friend of ours..doctor who shared the office building with my dad died 6 years ago...had twin boys like alex's age...living with their dad since...last thursday he died in a plane crash in nevada. so now the boys have no parents. so sad. apparently their family had other close calls like mom almost died at pregnancy, dad and twins were on the beach in thailand when the tsunami hit. they were lucky so far, just not now. :(
