rain here --> snow in tahoe.
i feel overwhelmed, but in a not so schooly way.
i'm coaching YMCA volleyball for 5th-7th graders and i got the team assignments and schedules today. i'm kind of nervous...i'm going to have to call everyone up and plan out practices and come up with line ups and that sort. and i have a parent assistant coach for when i have conflicts.
my glasses drive is going well, i can't decide if i want to make announcements at meetings...that was goin to be for if i was desperate...
i have to figure out when to meet with all my teachers for courses next year...and talk to lots of upper classmen
i figured out that i'm probably going to spain this summer to study abroad for a month...
all these things are kind of extras for me...throw ins to my life that will hopefully enhance it, spice it up...they're all somethings that i wouldn't do a year ago (sticking with good 'ol CTY), but i'm thrusting myself into these really new and unfamiliar situations to hopefully gain confidance and such. hopefully not for college aps.
so yeah, most nervous about the vball coaching because i'm dealing with parents too, then spain because that's with a whole bunch of teens in a totally unfamiliar setting with a ton of freedom
