well, menlo, you fulfilled my expectations. handed us a 5-0 loss. but their goalie definately touched the ball more times than any other opposing goalie so far...meaning we had more offensive opportunities and shots. and rekha saved a sure goal on defense.
ariel visited us to wish us luck. i think she was expecting us to win since she said their jv was really bad. ha.
but of course, as ususal, savio was his entertaining self unintentionally. (ask me and rekha to reinact everything, w/the accent @ school tomorrow)
i felt bad, he's not used to coaching us and already after 2 goals scored early in the half, he was getting discouraged.
so rekha and i have decided to assign each of us a portuguese name so that he can pronounce them correctly and remember them. i'm carmo.
