I'm so happy that today is the last day of the last full week of summer I. My finals are on Tues, July 6. I think summer II picks up the very next week. This is the first summer that I'm going to school for the entire summer. I was really getting excited about my finals coming up, only to remember I'm in this until August 12. This sucks but hopefully will all be worth it when I graduate in May 2005.
Tonight we're going to see some future Coogs play. There are two baseball games at Rice from the best Houston area kids. Future Coogs are playing in both games.
Movie night got moved to tomorrow I believe. It was originally scheduled for tonight, but the baseball games are only happening once and the movies aren't going anywhere.
The wedding is getting closer and closer. David and I are getting some much needed stuff accomplished and it feels nice. I'm excited about the big day, but I don't think it'll fully hit me until it's about a month or less away. We're going apartment hunting around Sept/Oct to get an idea of what's out there and how much everything costs. I'm so afraid we're not going to have enough money to live on. We'll be married in January and I won't graduate until May. I'll be taking 18 hrs that last semester and won't have a ton of time to work, therefore it'll be up to David to for sure find a job as soon as he graduates (December 2004) and one that supplies us with health insurance. It'll be a relief when he actually gets a job and we get settled in somewhere.
Buffy Summers/Angel Summer UPDATE:
I'm on disc three of season IV of Buffy and disc three of season I of Angel. Doyle's dead- Angel turned human, and then got turned back into a vamp- Cordy found a cute apartment- Riley and Buffy's relationship is starting to blossom- Spike is harmless- Giles+Olivia=<3 - Xander and Anya are still together- Willow's powers are increasing- Richard Wilkins III is still dead- Tara is introduced and will soon become Willow's new obsession. This sums up some important events while still leaving a lot out. There's too much to type!
I'm off to philosophy.
