(no subject)
Bah, I knew this would happen. I don't know what keeps me from updating LJ. I guess I'm really really lazy or, maybe I don't like writing long entries anymore. I'm doing good though, with the weather my mood is improving immensely. I feel like this spring is going to be a good one.
I'm frustrated because I was just off for a week and on vacation in Kentucky, and next week at work I only have 17 hrs when I usually have 35. Scott said it's to ease me back into work and the week after next will be my regular week. I'm just nervous. I told her I could come back on Friday, but I only work 3 days next week. He said it's nothing personal, but it freaks me out.
Had a good time in Kentucky. Surprised how much I missed my mom despite not having the best relationship with her. We mostly relaxed and watched movies. That's what vacations are about right? We took a tour around Fort Knox and I got a replica gold bar. Then we went to the Louisville Slugger museum and watched them make baseball bats for opening day! It was cool. Scott and I got a bat with out names burned on. :)
Otherwise it was a good week. Got 5 new volumes of manga like Ninja Girls 1, My Girlfriend is a Geek 1 + 2, Is This A Zombie 1 and Strawberry Panic omnibus. I'm so excited to read them!
