Your'e so ugly, November
Had Friday off, huzzah! Cora slept over and we went to the A Dong Asian market in Hartford. So much awesome food! I bought lychee drink, aloe drink, and sweet basil seed drink *yum*, some dried sweet potato, spinach noodles, stir fry stuff, and sponge cake for lunch. Went to the pho boston next door and got a taro bubble drink (Andy got me hooked). We proceeded to shoot some of the tapioca pearls all over the parking lot. Cora aimed for seagulls but wasn't lucky. Went to Tandy Leather and got some black suede leather to make bodices! I think I'll be able to fit two... more Ren Faire clothes=happiness. I want to make bracers too. *droool*
Saturday was supposed to be for seeing Borat, but Chiite didn't bring an ID, so.. we waited another hour (at Ruby Cohen with a great Blue Heron, some mushrooms, and the sun shining through Chris' hair *squee*) to see The Prestige. Slow but entertaining. If you obsess over top hats and Victorian garb, bring a drool rag.
