Minstrel G F: ..so me and my dad havent had the best of relationships sicne he began going into the hospital.. and for awhile I hated him. but now the hatred is more of an annoyance and I dont really want to talk to him ish thing.. well hes been very sick for the past couple years, and hes not really the same dad That I knew and loved, and hes forgotten things and etc.. I basically wrote him a letter telling him how I felt about the whole issue... and I let my guard down... resolving my issues..
Minstrel G F: and now my mom comes onto my room today
Minstrel G F: and says that my dads been having these dreams that he doesnt thing hes going to be here for very muych longer and tht he wants to talk to me;/
Minstrel G F: but I just dont want to talk to him.. mum said "its a dying mans last wish... just talk to him for me":

Minstrel G F: and I wont... and now I feel really really mad and guilty and ugh

Minstrel G F: I feel like a giant asshole.. but I made my peace!
Minstrel G F: i cant bring myself to talk to him....
huliston83: well do you want advice/observations or would you just like to vent

huliston83: i think that if you are ok with your decision then your dad and your mom should be ok with it
huliston83: it may not be what they want but they can't just disregard your feelings
huliston83: if you have made your peace with everything then they just need to accept that
huliston83: i dont think that youre a bad person at all i just think youre being honest

Minstrel G F: I walked around the house today just wanting to get out and do something.. but my mom was around.. and I didnt want to confront her that I was going out..
