Which reminds me, I never did tell you about our trip to the Brick Works. I've been wanting to check it out. We went the last Sunday in July, for the antique market. I wanted to see the graffiti in the old brick works themselves. It also has its own example of an urban marsh too. RJH thought it was a bit contrived, and the brick works a little too

Wow -- the link to the Toronto fire info is pretty cool. I didn't know anything about it, and it's crazy that they have all that film of it from 1904. Brickworks looks like a neat place. I love the bullrushes and all that quiet water!

It's quite an incredible story and the photographs are amazing. $10 Million in damage in 1904 dollars!
