The seventh creature in the Chinese Zodiac is the horse, denoted by the character 'Ma'. Those born after Chinese New Year (or early in subsequent years) in the years 1906, 1918, 1930, 1942, 1954, 1966, 1978, 1990, 2002, 2014 are (or will be) born in the Year of the Horse.
This is an original linoleum block print in black water-based ink on Japanese kozo (or mulberry) paper. The block is hand-carved and printed by hand by burnishing with a barren. The sheets are 10" by 12.5" (25.4 cm by 31.8 cm). The edition is limited to 30 prints.
In other news, AMAZINGLY, the transmitter arrived! No, this is not an April Fool. It is HEAVY and I should not have tried to lift it with CS. That was dumb.
