In other news, where I WILL be today is walking a chihuahua mix I found wadering the neighborhood, taking him door to door. I did that for 2 hours earlier and no leads. *sigh* He is a sweet guy, so I took him back to the house for a rest and he can play with Sydney. Ah, well, back to the beat!
And the new job is pretty good so far. Very friendly/fun work environment. The chick I share an office with is my age and she likes to keep it darker (natural light and a few lava lamps) and colder in the office, digs old timey jazz and 80's music like me (which she plays via Pandora on the computer), and is just generally genial, so it's been nice! :)
