Good for you on the exercise and detox...and ending self-medication. Back in 1999, I quit chocolate/sugar, and found it to be a detox experience, except I did feel withdrawal, if only in the sense I didn't know what to do at night alone in my studio apt if I wasn't eating a treat.
yeah, the snack craving are a bit nutty. I can have plenty of carbs in the form of oats and fruits but no bread. I wants me a sammich, dammmit! That and a glass of wine are my reward come Sunday :)
