this is not a sad post; this is an accepting post
my friends must be worried about me, but everything's fine. i haven't been kidnapped and held for ransom(at least recently). the reason i haven't been showing up to things isn't that i haven't been getting invited. I simply can't find my way to a place when the time comes. it is my failure, so not seeing my friends is my punishment.
other than that, everything has been pretty cool. been having a lot of personal reflection time. never are quite satisfied with what i see. i always look back to my accomplishments and see nothing that most people have. nothing i have earned on my own.
but i can't let that discourage me. i've spent too much time working on my character to just let life pass me by. even though i don't have a plan.
