germantown now has an ihop!!!!!
i yelled and jumped in delight when i say the bright blue, horrificly ugly sign....thinking.....yay! finally a 24 hr placa to hang out in germany!
but then, i checked the hrs on the door.
it is only open until midnight on the weekends. even wendy's stays open until 1 am. lame.
