“The ‘big deal’ is... um, that Nadia...” Rabastan lost his train of thought, looking at the small square box Regulus had just thrust into his hands. “Another present?”
Regulus nodded.
Something about the way Regulus was blushing made Rabastan think this was more important than a shirt. “Did you pick this one?”
“Just open it.”
Rabastan ripped the paper from the box and opened it to see a braided leather bracelet, silver clasps gleaming.
He was overwhelmed.
“You don’t like it?”
Rabastan picked it up and shook his head. “I do, it’s beautiful.” He rubbed his eyes, “Thank you love.”
