Working in NYC
I love how utterly surreal NYC can get.
A couple of weeks ago I saw a ginormous parade balloon (Pikachu, I think) floating around when I got out of Port Authority in the morning, and today I found myself walking home from work in front of a 50-piece marching band fresh from the Israel parade.
Not the kind of thing one runs into every day of the week. I really need to start carrying a camera with me.
